Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring a smooth and welcoming arrival experience.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to the highest standards.
- Handle incoming calls and emails with a friendly, professional demeanor, resolving inquiries promptly.
- Manage cash handling and point-of-sale transactions with 100% accuracy.
- Assist in inventory management and supply ordering as needed.
- Address and resolve guest complaints or special requests to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hotel, resort, or hospitality setting is preferred but not required for motivated candidates.
- Demonstrated flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a warm, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate amounts of weight (up to 25 lbs).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and POS software.
