Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
- Manage room keys, handle reservations, and resolve guest inquiries efficiently.
- Assist with light cleaning and maintenance of the front desk area to maintain a professional appearance.
- Process payments accurately using the hotel's Point of Sale (POS) system.
Qualifications
- A friendly and positive attitude with a strong desire to provide exceptional customer service.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate amounts of weight (up to 25 lbs).
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
