Your Role Will Include:
As the first point of contact for our guests, you will set the tone for their entire stay. We are looking for someone who is professional, approachable, and eager to deliver exceptional guest service every single day.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and a seamless check-in process.
- Manage check-outs efficiently, including processing payments and issuing accurate receipts.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally using the hotel PMS.
- Monitor the front desk area to ensure security, order, and a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist with room assignments, key card management, and maintaining accurate guest profiles.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet high standards.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails in a polite and timely manner.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or front desk operations is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Availability to work flexible hours, specifically including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar hotel property management software.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate amounts of luggage or supplies.
