This is a Weekend Shift position (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday), offering the perfect work-life balance for those who enjoy their weekdays off. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience, empathy, and professionalism to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Manage room assignments, update the property management system (PMS), and maintain accurate front-desk records.
- Process payments, reconcile daily deposits, and manage cash handling with strict adherence to financial policies.
- Collaborate closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are cleaned and ready for check-in.
- Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and route calls or take detailed messages for guests and staff.
- Monitor lobby area cleanliness and assist in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel operations, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional, welcoming demeanor.
- Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and holidays as required by the schedule.
- Familiarity with hotel PMS software (e.g., Opera, Micros) is a plus but not mandatory.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Proficiency in English; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate amounts of weight (up to 20 lbs).
