Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience, empathy, and professionalism to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
  • Manage room assignments, update the property management system (PMS), and maintain accurate front-desk records.
  • Process payments, reconcile daily deposits, and manage cash handling with strict adherence to financial policies.
  • Collaborate closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are cleaned and ready for check-in.
  • Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and route calls or take detailed messages for guests and staff.
  • Monitor lobby area cleanliness and assist in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hospitality, hotel operations, or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and a professional, welcoming demeanor.
  • Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and holidays as required by the schedule.
  • Familiarity with hotel PMS software (e.g., Opera, Micros) is a plus but not mandatory.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
