Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm smile and professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Check guests in and out efficiently using the hotel management system.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Assist with check-out procedures, including processing payments and issuing receipts.
- Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are clean and ready for new arrivals.
- Handle guest requests, such as restaurant reservations or transportation arrangements, to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required (comprehensive training provided).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light objects.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
