Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently using PMS systems while maintaining warm professionalism
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with exceptional service standards
- Process payments, manage reservations, and maintain accurate guest records
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet teams for seamless operations
- Execute upselling techniques for room upgrades and hotel services
- Monitor security procedures and emergency protocols
- Balance daily cash receipts and reconcile transactions
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel front desk or customer service experience required
- Proficiency in Opera, Cloudbeds, or similar hotel management systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- Valid California driver's license if required for valet duties
- Basic math and cash handling accuracy
