Responsibilities
- Check guests in/out efficiently with our premium property management system
- Resolve guest inquiries and issues with exceptional service standards
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Upsell resort amenities and promotional packages
- Maintain accurate reservation records and room status updates
- Execute emergency protocols and security procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Opera or similar property management software
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Flexible availability for day/night/weekend shifts
- Valid Arizona driver's license preferred
- Basic knowledge of Phoenix attractions and transportation
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
