Responsibilities
- Provide warm, professional, and efficient service to all guests and visitors.
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes, including handling inquiries and special requests.
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance duties in guest rooms and common areas to ensure high standards of hygiene.
- Answer phone calls and emails promptly, providing accurate information about hotel services and local attractions.
- Collaborate with the front desk and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile daily deposits with accuracy.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues with a focus on maintaining a positive guest experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in the hospitality or customer service industry is preferred but not required (comprehensive training provided).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and property management systems.
