Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/check-out processes using hotel management systems
- Handle reservation inquiries, room assignments, and billing transactions accurately
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and coordinate with housekeeping/maintenance teams
- Process payments and maintain financial transaction records with precision
- Execute upselling strategies for room upgrades and premium services
- Maintain organized front desk operations and ensure compliance with brand standards
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency in hotel property management systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Excellent communication skills with multilingual capabilities a plus
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
