Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a warm smile and assist with check-in/check-out processes efficiently.
- Manage reservations and answer incoming calls with professionalism.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly to ensure 5-star service.
- Process payments accurately and securely using POS systems.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards.
Qualifications
