Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm, professional demeanor, handling check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Manage incoming calls and reservations using our Property Management System (PMS) with accuracy and speed.
- Resolve guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures according to company policies.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly.
- Upsell hotel amenities and promote our exclusive partner offers to maximize revenue.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with booking systems is preferred.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
