Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service across front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage operations
- Manage guest check-ins/check-outs using Opera PMS system
- Coordinate shift handovers and maintain detailed service logs
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly with solution-oriented approach
- Uphold brand standards for cleanliness and safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel/hospitality experience required
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management systems
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Ohio Food Handler/Alcohol Service certification preferred
