What You Will Do:

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly, providing accurate information and resolving inquiries.
  • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the lobby and public areas.
  • Handle cash transactions and operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet our high standards.
