Responsibilities
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures with precision and efficiency
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Operate PMS systems and maintain guest data confidentiality
- Assist with emergency protocols and safety procedures
- Perform nightly audits and report discrepancies
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in Opera or similar property management systems
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Basic knowledge of Milwaukee attractions and services
- Valid driver's license (for occasional errands)
