Responsibilities
- Greet & Welcome: Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a positive first and last impression.
- Check-In/Out: Check guests in and out efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Communication: Answer phone calls and emails promptly, addressing inquiries regarding reservations and hotel amenities.
- Transactions: Handle cash and credit transactions with accuracy and integrity.
- Concierge: Assist with concierge requests, including directions, dining reservations, and local transportation.
- Maintenance: Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
- Admin: Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and manage lobby traffic.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Tech Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software.
- Soft Skills: Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Schedule: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Appearance: Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
