Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Provide warm, welcoming check-ins and check-outs while addressing inquiries with a smile.
- Reservations: Manage the front desk operations, including answering phones, taking reservations, and coordinating room availability.
- Problem Solving: Handle guest requests, complaints, and special arrangements efficiently to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Administrative Support: Process payments accurately, update guest profiles in our Property Management System (PMS), and maintain a tidy reception area.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready for new arrivals.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or front desk operations is preferred but not required for our Entry Level program.
- Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attitude: A positive, energetic, and service-oriented mindset.
- Availability: Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Computer Proficiency: Basic computer literacy and comfort with software applications.
