Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, managing the check-in and check-out process efficiently.
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a positive attitude and a focus on solutions.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and aesthetic appeal of the lobby and public areas.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately using hotel property management systems.
- Answer incoming phone calls professionally and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet luxury standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory for entry-level applicants.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills are preferred.
