Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests and assist with check-in and check-out processes.
- Guest Relations: Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
- Operations Support: Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk, lobby, and public areas.
- Room Preparation: Collaborate with housekeeping to ensure rooms meet our high standards of comfort and hygiene.
- Communication: Relay important messages and information to other departments efficiently.
- Payment Processing: Accurately handle cash and credit transactions using our property management system.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED (equivalent experience considered).
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Attitude: Must possess a positive, customer-service-oriented mindset.
- Availability: Must be flexible to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
