Responsibilities
- Guest Services: Greet guests warmly, answer phones, and assist with check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Room Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards.
- Problem Solving: Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure a memorable stay.
- Administrative Tasks: Process payments, update guest records, and manage mail and packages.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping and culinary teams to ensure seamless hotel operations.
- Brand Representation: Uphold the hotel's brand standards and represent our values in every interaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- A positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
