Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guest check-in/check-out experiences with efficiency and warmth
- Manage room inventory and coordinate with housekeeping for seamless turnover
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records using PMS systems
- Collaborate with F&B and event teams to enhance guest satisfaction
- Uphold brand standards through meticulous attention to detail
- Participate in daily briefings and ongoing training initiatives
Qualifications
- 6+ months hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with Opera or similar property management systems
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Valid Arizona driver's license (for va/shuttle duties if applicable)
- Basic knowledge of Tucson attractions and local services
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
