Responsibilities
- Execute seamless guest check-ins and check-outs using PMS software.
- Monitor building security, fire safety systems, and CCTV feeds.
- Answer incoming calls and route messages with professionalism and speed.
- Assist guests with special requests, room service, and local information.
- Perform light maintenance duties and maintain the lobby area.
- Ensure all financial transactions are processed accurately.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in front desk operations or hospitality is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
- Strong communication skills and a polished, professional appearance.
