Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Engineering
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans to enhance guest experiences
- Manage departmental budgets, P&L statements, and cost-control initiatives
- Lead recruitment, training, and performance management for 100+ staff members
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and local regulations
- Collaborate with sales team to optimize occupancy and revenue
- Drive continuous improvement through data-driven decision making
Qualifications
- 5+ years luxury hotel management experience with 2+ years at senior level
- Proven track record in P&L management and budget oversight
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- Knowledge of Boston hospitality market and competitive landscape
- Exceptional problem-solving and crisis management abilities
- Proficiency in Opera PMS and hospitality management systems
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
