Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly and assisting with check-in/check-out processes.
- Manage room assignments and handle key card distribution.
- Answer multi-line phone systems and respond to guest inquiries regarding local attractions, dining, and services.
- Process payments and resolve minor guest issues with a solution-oriented approach.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
- Maintain a professional and organized appearance in the lobby and front desk area.
- Uphold all hotel safety and security policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- No prior hospitality experience necessary; we train all new hires.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with property management systems is a plus.
