Responsibilities
- Execute front desk check-ins and check-outs with precision and a warm, welcoming demeanor.
- Perform comprehensive night audit duties, including balancing daily financial reports and ensuring all revenue is accurately recorded.
- Maintain strict adherence to security protocols and building surveillance systems throughout the night shift.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs.
- Manage wake-up calls, process incoming mail, and handle faxes with high efficiency.
- Monitor access control systems to ensure the safety of guests and staff.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; hospitality certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in front desk operations or night auditing is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
