Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests through the check-in, check-out, and concierge processes.
- Manage the front desk operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing reservations.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with a focus on problem resolution and satisfaction.
- Assist with room assignments, key management, and billing inquiries in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby environment at all times.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms and public areas meet high standards.
- Process payments accurately using hotel property management systems.
Qualifications
- A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to interact with guests from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
