Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures with efficiency and grace.
- Manage incoming phone calls and emails, providing accurate information and resolving inquiries promptly.
- Handle reservations and room assignments, ensuring accurate data entry.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area at all times.
- Assist guests with local directions, dining recommendations, and any special requests.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for occupancy.
- Process payments and manage cash drawer balances accurately.
