Responsibilities
- Guest Registration: Welcome guests warmly and efficiently manage the check-in and check-out process using our property management system.
- Customer Relations: Respond to guest inquiries regarding local attractions, dining, and hotel services with a helpful and professional attitude.
- Lobby Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and order of the hotel lobby and public areas to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Communication: Relay accurate messages and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly.
- Payment Processing: Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and reconcile daily reports.
- Security & Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and verify identification for all guests to ensure a secure environment.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Experience: No prior hotel experience is necessary. We provide comprehensive training for all new hires.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Availability: Must be flexible to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Professionalism: Ability to maintain a neat, professional appearance and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
