Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival and departure, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Manage incoming phone calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments promptly and maintaining a professional image.
- Operate the front desk and Property Management System (PMS) efficiently to handle reservations, room assignments, and billing.
- Address and resolve guest complaints or special requests to ensure 100% guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby area at all times.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as mail sorting, filing, and key management.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a front desk or hospitality role is preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Proficiency with computers, basic office software, and hotel reservation systems.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs (carry luggage or supplies).
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts as required.
