Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a positive first and last impression.
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Answer incoming calls and respond to emails promptly to address guest inquiries and requests.
- Handle guest complaints and issues with patience and professionalism, escalating when necessary.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Process payments accurately and balance daily reports.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and mail distribution.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or hospitality training is a plus.
- No prior experience required; we provide on-the-job training for motivated candidates.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong computer proficiency with the ability to learn new software quickly.
- A friendly, professional demeanor and a genuine passion for customer service.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate amounts of weight (up to 20 lbs).
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
