Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with a seamless check-in and check-out process.
- Manage phone inquiries, email correspondence, and guest requests efficiently.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately.
- Maintain a pristine and welcoming lobby environment at all times.
- Resolve guest complaints and inquiries with a focus on exceeding expectations.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required—willingness to learn is key!
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
