Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to hotel guests at check-in, check-out, and during their stay
- Assist with guest inquiries, requests, and resolve issues promptly
- Perform daily room cleaning and maintenance to hotel standards
- Operate front desk systems, manage reservations, and process payments
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards throughout guest areas
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
