Responsibilities
- Greet all guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming first impression.
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly via email or chat.
- Assist guests with directions, local recommendations, and special requests.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and balance the daily shift.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting lobby and front desk area at all times.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills are preferred but not required.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve others.
