Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service across all hotel departments during assigned shifts
- Operate point-of-sale systems and process financial transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in public areas and back-of-house facilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve guest inquiries in real-time
- Adhere to strict security protocols and emergency procedures
- Assist with inventory management and supply replenishment
- Complete shift handovers with detailed reporting and documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years of age with valid work authorization
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy and POS system aptitude
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Nevada Gaming License (if applicable to department)
