Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage check-in/check-out procedures with efficiency and accuracy.
- Operate the property management system (PMS) to update reservations and room status.
- Maintain a welcoming and organized lobby environment, including answering phones and directing visitors.
- Handle cash transactions and credit card payments while ensuring all financial records are balanced.
- Assist with light housekeeping duties, including room turnovers and maintaining common areas to high standards.
- Resolve guest inquiries or complaints promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Qualifications
- No prior hospitality experience required; we are looking for attitude and willingness to learn.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift light objects (up to 25 lbs).
