Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to guests upon arrival and departure.
- Guest Services: Check guests in and out efficiently, manage room keys, and answer questions about local attractions.
- Operations Support: Handle front desk operations, including answering phones, processing reservations, and managing the switchboard.
- Financial Accuracy: Process payments accurately, balance cash drawers, and manage credit card transactions.
- Problem Solving: Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Area Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area at all times.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Availability: Must be flexible to work various shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Attitude: A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
- Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills (typing and navigating windows) are preferred, but not required.
