Responsibilities
- Execute smooth and efficient check-in and check-out procedures for all guests.
- Manage the front desk operations during peak weekend hours with accuracy and grace.
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person promptly and professionally.
- Process all payments accurately and maintain strict adherence to cash handling policies.
- Assist in maintaining the pristine condition of the lobby and public areas.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a front desk or hospitality role is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with Property Management Systems (PMS).
- A friendly, approachable, and service-oriented demeanor.
