Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards.
- Restock amenities such as toiletries, towels, and linens to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and lost & found items immediately.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized in the storage areas.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests and respond to special requests.
- Maintain a high standard of hygiene and safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment usage.
