Responsibilities
- Execute efficient check-in and check-out procedures with a warm, personalized welcome.
- Manage hotel reservations and room assignments using the Opera PMS system.
- Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints immediately with empathy and professional solutions.
- Ensure the lobby and front desk areas are immaculate and welcoming at all times.
- Cross-train in housekeeping and concierge services to support operational flexibility.
- Assist in the coordination of special events and VIP amenities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel or hospitality setting preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel property management systems.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- A valid driver's license and proof of eligibility to work in the USA.
