Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and professionally, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently using the Property Management System (PMS).
- Answer incoming calls and emails with a polite and helpful demeanor.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and in compliance with company policies.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area.
- Assist guests with local recommendations and general concierge services.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
- No prior experience necessary; full training is provided for all new hires.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
- Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency.
