Responsibilities
- Guest Experience: Provide a warm, professional greeting to all guests and handle check-ins, check-outs, and concierge services with efficiency and grace.
- Operations Support: Manage the front desk operations, including answering phones, processing reservations, and managing the property management system.
- Problem Solving: Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for guests, staff, and management, ensuring clear and accurate information flow.
- Area Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, lobby, and common spaces to uphold our high standards.
