Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional greeting to all guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Efficiently manage guest registrations, process payments, and issue room keys using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Guest Services: Handle inquiries, make reservations, provide directions, and resolve guest complaints or issues promptly and courteously.
- Phone Operations: Answer multi-line phones professionally, take accurate messages, and transfer calls to the appropriate department.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain the front desk area, including cleaning the lobby, organizing the reception desk, and restocking amenities.
- Shift Coverage: Perform light cleaning duties and assist with lobby maintenance during slow periods to ensure a pristine environment for our guests.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; GED preferred.
- Experience: Previous front desk experience is not required, but experience in customer service is a plus.
- Availability: Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overnight hours.
- Skills: Strong computer literacy and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
