Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate department or take detailed messages.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly to ensure a 5-star experience.
- Manage the front desk operations, including cash handling, credit card transactions, and maintaining the lobby area.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for arrivals.
- Stay updated on local area attractions, events, and directions to assist guests with recommendations.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly attitude.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use hotel management software.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20 lbs).
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
