Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests upon arrival and throughout their stay.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Assist guests with registration, room assignment, and checkout processes efficiently and accurately.
- Guest Services: Respond to guest inquiries regarding local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities.
- Phone Support: Answer and direct incoming calls in a polite and professional manner.
- Front Desk Operations: Maintain accurate records and handle cash transactions and credit card payments with precision.
- Lobby Maintenance: Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience: No prior hospitality experience is necessary. We provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Reliability: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
