Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage services.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize revenue and occupancy rates.
- Manage the hotel budget, financial performance, and P&L statements.
- Recruit, train, motivate, and retain a high-performing hospitality team.
- Ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction and safety compliance.
- Build relationships with local community stakeholders and vendors.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel management or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful budget management and team leadership.
- Strong working knowledge of hotel PMS (Property Management Systems).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience is preferred.
