Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/check-out processes with speed and precision
- Handle reservations, payments, and billing inquiries using Opera property management system
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to management
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet teams for optimal service
- Maintain accurate shift logs and security protocols for guest safety
- Upsell hotel amenities, dining packages, and local experiences
- Process mail/packages and manage lost-and-found procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience required
- Proficiency with property management systems (Opera/PMS preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in hospitality a plus
- Basic knowledge of Boston attractions and transportation systems
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license (if required for valet duties)
