Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out services with personalized attention
- Manage room reservations, availability, and billing systems efficiently
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet departments
- Upsell hotel amenities, dining, and special events
- Maintain accurate guest records and confidential information
- Execute safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years luxury hotel front desk experience
- Fluency in English; bilingual (Spanish) preferred
- Proficiency in Opera property management system
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Valid California driver's license (required for valet duties)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree a plus
