Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.
- Manage and mentor a diverse team of staff, conducting regular performance reviews and providing ongoing training.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to drive occupancy and revenue growth.
- Monitor financial performance, including P&L management, budgeting, and cost control measures.
- Handle high-level guest inquiries and resolve conflicts with professionalism and empathy.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to maintain optimal inventory levels and service quality.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and hotel policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in hotel management or a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Business is preferred.
