Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue, increase occupancy rates, and maximize profitability.
- Ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction and handle complex guest inquiries and complaints with grace and efficiency.
- Manage the hotel budget, financial reporting, and staffing levels to ensure cost-effective operations.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by conducting regular staff meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local vendors, partners, and community leaders.
- Enforce all company policies, safety regulations, and brand standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel management, preferably in a luxury or upscale setting.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing P&L.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Oracle Opera or similar.
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license.
