Responsibilities
- Manage daily hotel operations during assigned shifts (front desk, housekeeping, or guest services)
- Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance reviews
- Resolve guest complaints with exceptional service standards
- Coordinate with maintenance, security, and F&B departments
- Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene protocols
- Process check-ins/check-outs and manage room inventory
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hotel/hospitality experience
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of PMS systems (Opera preferred)
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Valid GA driver's license (for errands)
- High school diploma or equivalent
