Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure high standards of service and safety.
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L responsibility.
- Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team of front-line staff and department heads.
- Build strong relationships with guests to ensure 100% satisfaction and resolve conflicts efficiently.
- Drive revenue through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive experience in hotel management, preferably in a luxury setting.
- Proven track record of successful financial management and team leadership.
- Strong proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Oracle Opera or similar.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
